A pleasant and educational tasting, given by an experienced and expert host. No difficult jargon or weighty nagging, but a clear story in understandable language.
It is nice to discover unexpected new flavors and wine regions together. The group was pleasant and the snacks served were delicious and matched well with the wine. Personally, I thought the soft epoisse cheese with white burgundy was the combination of the evening.
I no longer stand with such a question mark on my forehead for wisdom. Highly recommended!
