Holiday Inn Leiden

no washing machine, no catering, the last guests are leaving

I love this hotel right next to the center of Leiden. Has many entartainments for kids. However with the corona measures there are restrictions. But everything was very good planned for keeping the distance since you get to check-in there are signs of what you can or not do. The employees, in the other hand, didnt respect always the distance that was a little uncomfortable.

Pretty nice hotel with decent clean rooms, nice beds and good infrastructure. The restaurant offers mostly buffet food but is actually capable of better dishes. We stayed multiple times with family and were never disappointed.

Really good. Clean, friendly and well organized even during this challenging pandemie.

staffs, only the evening of 7 august 2020 two staffs of the front desk, Anjo is great but her collegue is not professional. It was our second time to come back, Should we come back again?
