I had to return a leather bag which I purchased due to marks and stains that appeared on the bag after two wears. While we came to a resolution - the bag will be replaced - the shop assistant I dealt with was rude, loud and arrogant. She continually spoke over me and because she didn't listen, she didn't understand the facts properly. It's a shame as normally the staff at the Kempenaar location are very friendly and helpful. This was my first time dealing with this particular lady. She could definitely do with some coaching in customer service.
