Yesterday ordered a vacuum cleaner online with the help of staff with the request to pick it up in the store. It turned out when I received an email yesterday evening that the article would be delivered at home, which is not the intention due to work. Called this morning and well they couldn't do anything for me anymore. They make a mistake and nothing is solved. Official complaint filed and Blokker takes no action and hides behind excuses to get rid of it easily. Too bad no service at all for the customer.
