Great customer care.

Dramatic service brought my watch here to have the lock and screen fixed then had to wait ten weeks with no notice of delay and then get a watch back with exactly the same lock put it on and haven't gotten it off for 3 days now my arm is afraid that I will have to break it to get it off the only thing I can give it is that the screen looks neat
The staff is unfriendly, we had to wait in the store for half an hour, and were still not helped.
