Saturday morning on 5 Dec at 10 past 9 still no movement in the shop. several people who already came left because the shop remained closed. Then to someone else who is open.

Closed while the shopping hours indicate that they are open until 18:00. If you, as a store, have changed opening hours due to COVID, adjust the opening time on Google so that customers are not in front of a closed door. Fortunately, the competitor was still open.
