Just over a year ago I bought a PS4 Pro with an extra controller. Two weeks ago the extra controller suddenly gives a malfunction. The PS4 says that too many USB devices are connected. The extra controller is hardly used (only if there is someone who wants to play). Emailed a week and a half ago with delivery and read confirmation and high urgency. But no answer yet. Even trying to call several times but unfortunately not getting in touch. Then contacted via Whatsapp and then a response. Not very satisfactory, unfortunately, because the separate controller only has a one-year warranty and it is just a few months out of scope. Also no offer for help or leniency. A pity. Certainly if with Coolblue you get a two-year warranty on separate PS4 controllers.

I needed a PS4 Pro fairly quickly for an 'important' gaming evening and so I sent Remko a Whatsapp to see what was possible. Applied at 3:00 PM, at 5:00 PM I got the console! While the big stores could no longer deliver Pro, Remko still had some in stock. Super! Very handy that it is possible to pin so that you do not have to cross the street with a lot of money. However, the debit card did not go entirely smoothly (it seemed a malfunction), but I received the product in confidence. I would buy another product here without hesitation.
