Good supermarket for vegetables and fruit but worst service ever! What happened to me: I tried to order something, went to the location and talked to the manager. Had to wait 10 minutes because he didn't know i could order the product at first. After the misunderstanding he told me i could pick up the order at the earliest 2 days later but he would call me. 2 days later i went to this Lidl and there was no order. a week later i called but you can't call a location with Lidl customer service!!(Very annoying) He called the location for me but after 5 minutes i heared i had to wait till they called me. A MONTH LATER i wright a e-mail and get no reply. Few days later i go so the location the same manager said he had it 2 days later so it was an miscommunication error. No real apology, only excuses that were not correct, no 7 kilo Serrano ham and i couldn't celebrate Christmas/St. Nicholas like i wanted. Disgraceful! 2020 keeps sucking!
Some staff members (even shopfloor managers) could do with a more customer friendly attitude. Most staff members however are very friendly.
