Very bed experience with the booking changes. The staff has been very rude on handling the refund request, even dropping the phone calls when i was asking for follow up. I think it is an unacceptable as customer support. Do not give them money in advance.

Nice escape room, you may first think that Dutch writings in the rooms (on hint booklets etc.) actually matter but they do not. You don't need Dutch to solve puzzles but I hoped they told us before.

Good place ! The room we tried to escape was actually quite difficult ! While waiting you can train your brain with some brain teaser.
