Great case, highly recommended! From the beginning we were very well helped by David. He listened carefully to what we wanted and came up with good advice. We had been back a few times to bring samples and it had never been a problem. After the decision was made, we immediately received a very decent price. The leveling and laying of the floor had also gone perfectly, everything was installed quickly and professionally. Nothing but praise for Arpi, a company where service is of paramount importance and where they really deliver what they promise.

The first contact went through David, a very customer-friendly, sincere, nice, knowledgeable shop owner who delivers what he promises. Later on I already had his team in my house to lay the 3 layers of PVC (herringbone) floor, to level floors, to tailor and install skirting boards and very soon to provide our stairs with stair coverings. they have delivered excellent work that I enjoy every day. Unlike the previous reviews, I unfortunately have a bad experience with ARPI. On our first visit it was indicated that it was no problem to install the floor in a certain period and that it was not in a hurry. According to the seller, a quote and further registration were therefore not necessary. We got the price per m2 on a card and had to come back if we had a clear delivery period. When we thought we were ordering the floor, we were surprised to learn that the delivery week is nowhere near feasible, especially now that we have no data in our system. Very strange because it was not possible to get a quote and we only received a m2 price. At least we could have communicated about this on our first visit. Fortunately, we succeeded in another case at the village.
