Nice still a family business.

Terribly bad. After purchasing the PVC floor, the price went up another 1000 euros. Because my wife was calculated and we were having time constraints, we couldn't do anything else. Communication is dredging, service is bizarrely poor. Also when asked if they wanted to replace 4 panels because these (warned by ourselves) were damaged, they were answered with a hefty quote. We are sorry we didn't go to Carpetright. What a rip-off. 1x and never again Roobol. They are only out to get as much money out of you as possible. My advice to everyone: Don't go to Roobol.

Katwijk shop is not recommended. No experience with the store staff! Poor and no expert information obtained. Providing information from the head office was also fine.
