Horrible how the health sistem from Netherlands works, essentially in this gezondheid centrum zuidplein. Nobody answered the telephone since Friday, A child 20 months oldis sick at 6 days with I temperature, above 39 degrees, and nobody cares or check what it's going on, unbelievable! Looks like we are here only to pay healthy insurance, and we don't get assistance. A healthy service don't works in order,and people must suffer or die because the incompetent organisation, that its not right.

I have brought the documents to register there a month ago, in beginning of June, and the lady told me they will do it in a week, after one week I tried to make an appointment at the doctor, and they told me that they still did not register me, and that I have to call in one more week. Like this is going on already one month and they still did not registered me as I called them yesterday again. Many times they just hang up on a call or promise to call back, but never do. SO, how should I get it? I'm waiting for the whole month cuz I have an emergency and I still can't go to the doctor when Im paying each month for the insurance?? Where is the logic???? Terrible service.. Super sad

Avoid avoid avoid and avoid. I went there, filled out the forms to register, gave a copy of my ID. As advised by the receptionist, I have requested my previous GP to unregister me. This medical center in zuidplein lost all of my data, they have never registered me. I called to fix this issue and the assistant hanged up on me. Chaos, unprofessional

Terrible, my friend of mine has a serious problem.And the doctor's recomended paracetamol. That's absolutely unacceptable!

Horrible Practice! Waiting more than 45 minutes each time for receptionist to answer. A rein request sometimes does not come and will certainly come much later. Sloppy: Pieces of skin specialist handed over to the reception to give to the doctor, the pieces are missing. Every time I call the waiting makes me cranky.
