Ti Siento earring brought away for repair because the pendant had come off, after a week I could pick them up. Repair costs 7.50 €. Pendant was still loose and now there were also scratches on my earring, looks like the earring was held with pliers. I went back to the shop with the earring and there I was treated very rude and considered a liar because the lady who works there said that I had exchanged the earrings at home so that I could save money so that 2 earrings would be repaired be for 7.50 € yes note this I did according to her so to save 7.50 €, just like I'm a person who would do this and if I need it. Too scandalous for words of course, if I offer something for repair I expect this to be done properly, the lady said that she did not believe me but wanted to make the earring again as a service, but she did not start the scratches because that had not happened through her doing. After a week I picked up the same earring, now it was well repaired, only the scratches from holding it with pliers are still on it. They do not want to polish this away because according to the lady this is not their fault, then I got a sniff that now both my earrings are made for 7.50 € while this is not the case at all. In short, arrogant employees, when you enter you are already assessed from head to toe. Not friendly, only if they can make a lot of money from you. Not skilled, Repairs are not carried out properly, If you go back because you are not satisfied then they will be antisocial, I made a fool of the store. Overpriced and just worth your money. I would advise you to go to another jeweler in Barendrecht.
