Two weeks and nothing is sort out. I guess the Otto workforce must to change the Moto - "We do not care about our people, unless you are Polish"! What Polish now is officially European language, that everybody must to know?! I respect Polish nationality and culture, but they do not respect people from other countries. Very bad attitude from the office workers and it is difficult to get some problems sort out. It is almost begging and pleasing everything. It is not nice, especially that we all pay for this service, working in night shifts and facing many issues, because not all could find the job without agency. Next time I will not ask them for a help for sure and I will not recommend my friends this agency!!

Wanted to work there but read the contract and it immediately opened my eyes : random house checks whenever they want, if you get sick and skip work - you will pay a fine, if there are a lot of work you MUST work overtime or they fire/fine you. Pathetic desperate agency. Avoid at any cost.

This agency is just ridiculous. I trully hope goverment will take care of all the circus wich is happening in Otto. This is for every newapapers and television!

These guys drive around like complete maniacs in traffic. Lack every traffic rule you can think of and endanger others. Funny that they put on their marked vans that you can call them if you have a compliment about their driving style, but not for complaints about their driving style. Won't take long before they get someone killed. In reaction to the response of the owner: I tried calling you guys on the number listed on the van when this happened but I got a message that the office was closed during the weekend. Still have a photo of the van with license plate + date + time + location, in case you're interested. Let me know where to send it to.
