Ruined my silk dress, refused to accept any responsibility or give money back and were extreemely rude.

Wedding dress is treated like old dirt here and was not even washed properly. Still smelled like sweat and not all the dirt was out. Communication and making agreements is also difficult. And you should certainly not come there on a Saturday. Then there is a woman who knows nothing. Not even the address where they are now. Not recommended for your wedding dress.
