Very long queue to get advice, I couldn't get help with access to my money on my ing account and they make too long opening process. Even after getting a card I couldn't withdraw money from my account and they claim I can't at bank either.

Peak od ignoration. Some of clients are treaten like punks. But only some of them. I will not recomend this bank to anybody.

There is no ATM, nor the ING branch itself. However, as always, Google is not up to date and is misleading people.

Unfortunately not a nice experience with this bank. Meager service and expensive prices compared to the rabo.

What a ball tent. Receive letter at the beginning of April: I have to pay for an account without a debit card, which until now was free. Want to cancel it. Cannot work over the internet. Then go to the bank in Venray. Employee will not be able to do it either. Neither can my colleague. Call with? Just keep trying! Sure enough, after 3 more attempts the computer suddenly says OK !! Took me half an afternoon. May 3: I receive a letter from ING: As of August 1, I have to pay for ... Yes, the same now canceled (I hope) bill. What a ball tent.
