Laborious, difficult staff, not helpful at all.

Have just been to the new library and then had a cup of coffee at the Hema. The library is beautiful. Surprising division between children's books, informational and novels. The reading room for newspapers and magazines is also nicely set up. It is also nice that there are so many return and loan desks. Of course it takes some getting used to, but that will work. At the Hema in the cozy coffee corner we recovered from all the new impressions.
