Super friendly ladies at this little flower shop! Also, there's a large variety of flowers to choose from.

Bought a large houseplant with pot for my son two weeks ago. The saleswoman said that the plant only needed a small cup of water once every 2 weeks, which I was not allowed to pour in the middle. So watered once in this way. After a week, brown leaves appeared and after two weeks he was dead. So today I went back to this case to tell you this. The saleslady immediately started saying that I had watered the plant too much, which I denied, because that was certainly not the case. She was very unfriendly and just kept going against me. Eventually she walked into the shop, came back with a new plant, slabs it on the table, and says she won't argue again. What a strange way to deal with a customer complaint this! I already see many complaints about this lady in the reviews, so I am certainly not the only one with this experience and unpleasant manner. A complaint is not personal, but this lady immediately feels enormously attacked. I will never come back here, what a strange way to do it! After that I drove to the Plant Fair on the Hogendorplaan, and what a difference! Nice, happy girls there, who helped me well. With a smile !! What a reaction from the owner below, hahaha. Never experienced anything like it, so unprofessional. Threatening with cameras, as if I got out of my plate or something..haha..when I just had some questions about an expensive plant that died after 2 weeks.

Called the store, I was kindly answered. Indicated the amount for which I wanted a bouquet, the colors and what should be on the card. Could pay with a tap and this was the result! A really beautiful and fresh Bouquet. Recipient was very happy! Would absolutely order here again next time. Top case !!!
