I ordered my new bike online, as soon as they got it they contacted me and set up day and time for them to bring it. They bring it home ready to ride! I also included some extra parts that they added on the bike free of charge. Really polite and helpful staff.

Initial wait time for my order was 3 working days which turned into 3 weeks which turned into 6 weeks. Although i called to say i was willing to wait - my order was eventually canceled unilaterally. Very unreliable.

I went from France to this cycle shop because of the important number of available trends and I was absolutely satisfied by the overall service. The owner of the shop took a couple of hours to show me every cycles (Gazelle, Batavus, Cortina, Sparta...) . I could try them as soon as I asked, which is not allowed everywhere. I had answers for any technical questions. The shop is brand new (opened in november 2014) and employs a lot of mechanicals if you ever need to have your bike repaired. I would definitely recommend this cycle shop. Thanks again to Peter Terlouw!

We brought our bikes for a service, after we picked them up and started cycling again for the first time, my husband's display flashed and he indicated overhead. We immediately reported it to the workshop, but in the meantime he did it again until we got home. So the other day on the bike again, but unfortunately again the same problem so on the twinnnyload and back to the workshop. They could not solve it right away, so the bicycle had to stay, but neatly received a loan bicycle. After a few days phone that the engine was burned, had no problems for the service at all, now the engine back to the factory costs € 341 euros, plus the costs for the service, a bit of a shame, especially since the bike was good when we got it brought.
