once i ordered a sandwich which was suppose to have a tomato, ruccola, omelette and bacon. They made a sandwich with the omelette and bacon. On my question "where is the rest", the answer was "we don't have it". No apologies, no warning up front, nothing. This was at the beginning of the day. The other time, I have asked to add more milk to a coffee and a girl was acting like I asked her to do the impossible. She poured milk in a cup and then was like "what do I do now? there is no space for coffee". Someone in line had to tell her that she just adds an espresso shot to it. She had so much attitude while making that shot, slamming the cup, the coffee holder etc. And then when I asked for a new card to collect for coffees, she said "we are out. next time". For plain transaction of paying for gas OK, but don't ask for anything else as it throws them off and they throw a tantrum. Not a good way of treating customers.

Almost all employees are helpful and enthusiastic. Too bad the old staff is no longer here. And remains the cheapest around new terbregge.

Walked into the Shell today at 21:50 because I had to go to the toilet. Madam indicated that they were closing so. I have Crohn's disease. So unfortunately I have not been able to stop it. Madam, thank you. I hope you never end up in such a situation. And I said, I must be very much needed.
