Pleasant steam service, clothing quickly and beautifully clean!

I recently brought light curtains here to get steamed. The curtains still looked fine but were in need of freshening up. I got them back full of big black spots. I was allowed to bring them back and then she was more than 4 weeks !! lost. When I picked them up again I asked if they were clean. The answer was affirmative. We were very shocked when we saw that both curtains were still full of large black spots. I got the number of the dry cleaner in Leiden and was assisted by Hans. A horrible man who claimed high and low that we had caused the stains. He would have tried everything but to no avail and he was not going to steam them again for free. They looked like rags! I then contacted the owner who was pleasant to speak to and understood my situation. I was allowed to steam them at her expense. I then had them picked up by the delivery dry cleaner, a super service! Within a week I received a call that the stains were out! My joy was therefore great. The stains appeared to have arisen after cleaning! I had to take the bill to Berkel where there was still some hassle about the payment, but eventually the lady transferred the money the same day, for which tribute! But I will not leave my steam goods here soon, the delivery dry cleaner will collect it and bring it back neatly packaged and clean.

I am very satisfied and will definitely come here more often. Recommended!
