Derag Persian Carpets

Derag helped us a few years ago in an excellent way. One of our grandchildren accidentally had a cup of coffee overrun and that was so full of our press ended up. The stains were very skillfully removed by Derag and we got our press back as new. Chapeau and that too at absolutely a friend's price.

My telephone contact has been very unprofessional and not cooperative. Without seeing the carpet, no information can be given, somehow understandable, but it can be said that my Iranian carpet of 300x500cm is not a Persian carpet because the size is incorrect.
