Even it is Corona times and it is difficult to manage guest expectations and experience, this hotel and it’s staff made our stay memorable and excellent. I have come here with two kids and a dog, we have got a family room, spotless cleanliness, quick and efficient check in, big bathtub, rain shower, kingsize beds, sitting and dining area... Due to new regulations, we were only allowed to eat in our room, the diner was fantastic, fresh and creative, from vegan options to meat meals, tasted fantastic, a big thanks to kitchen team. We have slept well and had a buffet breakfast with a big smile service and left the hotel to come soon. We are very thankful that in this circumstances they have made us this happy. The hotel is partially closed!! The parking is empty but inside all guests are located on one level directly next to each other, it’s noisy, sound isolations could be better; busy on the floor, feels like a hostel. Way too expensive for a hostel, the prices just went higher since the isolation! €123 per night for a luxury room without breakfast. Hotel claims they raised their prices to narrow the visitors to business travelers, but inside the hotel I saw people on vacation, drinking and parting

This is a sad story. The hotel itself is okayish, hardly 4*, the blankets and pillows are cheap, not sure If it’s possible to find it cheaper. But the worst part is personnel behind the reception. No education whatsoever, I am not talking about hotel customer care skills at all, but this Dutch way of so called “service” is costing this hotel too much. During corona times especially they should be valuing their regular guests, but they seem just hateful for their jobs. Yeah... people who know will understand

Hotel was great. The decoraterion was all in christmas theme. During the corona period they did a very great job to spice up the christmas feeling. The services was great the food at the restaurant was great. We had our breakfast delivered in our suite. Wat we got was enough for 3 a 4 person even if we order for 2. And all the suites are a recommendation. We had the Montreal suite all in christmas decoration. The room looked nice and with some sweets and balloons for the welcome. Only 1 thing was that we needed to wait about 1 hour till our room was ready. As compensation they gave us a voucher for a free drink while we where waiting. It was a pleasant stay at this hotel we for sure redo this. Maybe we come back on valentinesday who knows they will have another nice offer in valentines theme.
