It’s a very nice Dutch house type hotel, but we stayed in the entrance floor during the week that it was 35 degrees in holland. Without air conditioning it was impossible to sleep with the fan and window open. But in general very friendly staff and very good breakfast

Everything about this place is just perfect! It has calm relaxing atmosphere, beautiful design, spacious rooms, great location, friendly staff. You feel as if you were at home. Truly one of the best hotels I have ever stayed.

It's quite small, but it's convenient if you're wanting to go to the TU and the town. Quite a modern and elegant hotel, but again, it's very small. For instance our bathroom was basically inside a wardrobe. If you plan on spending most of your time inside the hotel, maybe go elsewhere. But if you need a nice bed; here is good.

Lovely area in delft neighborhood! Free handy phone for you to bring around to explore Delft, however phone might be quite slow. Comfortable stay for a reasonable price! The reception girls are also friendly and able to speak English!!

Felt more like a B&B than a hotel. No restaurant or bar available but breakfast was surprisingly good and varied. Various espressos and teas are available at all times, for free. Bottled beer and wines is available for a fee. Rooms are well decorated and comfortable, with clean sheets and accommodations. When entering our room for the first time there was an unpleasant body odor smell, but it was quickly aired out by opening a window. Our particular room was on the second floor and nearby the stairs, over the lobby and with a street view. Numerous times throughout our 3 night stay we were woken up by either traffic, pedestrians, lobby noise, or other guests. All the floors are tile and therefore do not dampen noise well. We were woken up multiple times by the guests above us walking around their room, or up and down the stairs. There was also considerable noise from the lobby/dining area, and from someone snoring in the room next to us. Lastly, the bathroom fans cannot be turned off. It seems that they are on some sort of timer and can be quite loud during the first part of the night. All in all, we did enjoy our stay. The accommodations were comfortable, the breakfasts good, and the always available espressos appreciated. Not having a restaurantor bar available was unfortunate, but not a big deal. The staff was pretty curtious and helpful. For the price and location we wouls certainly stay again, but earplugs are 100% necessary and it may be wise to request a top floor room or one away from the streets and other guests. There was also no elevator available.
