I cannot understand that Bol.com is still cooperating with this worthless supplier. I have already ordered several CDs here, and each time it is disappointing. First, they are ALWAYS delayed. While when I order CDs from for example Bookspot, Amazon or VARIAWORLD I never experience any problems. I also received a broken product several times at DVD Outlet. I have therefore decided not to buy anything more from this supplier, not even via Bol.com. They are slow, and have already delivered a broken product to me several times. Ps: they have a phone number, but cannot be reached by phone: handy ..!

Loss of time to order something here. Drop shipping. You only know when you have ordered and paid. Amount is refunded, though ...

Here something ordered item and name via Bol.com Did not cancel in the same evening normally you have your money back within 2 hours (gift card payment method) Contacted the day after would take 1 day when an email with takes 3 days and now so I suddenly receive an Mail stating that the package has still been sent Bad Service now waiting for advice for the package and refuse it, we just heard from Bol.com then I will probably also get my money back sooner

Ordered from Bol.com, but delivered via DVD outlet: an undamaged packaging containing an LP with a creased corner in shrink-wrap and a torn inner sleeve. Mail sent to DVD-OUtlet with photos of the damage and the delivery note, which also includes the order number. Response from DVD-Outlet: "Thank you for your message. We would like to hear your order number, so that we can look up the details with your order. We will try to answer your question for you as soon as possible. Thank you for your effort. Regards, Eva. DVDOutlet.nl Customer service. " Would I order something here again? What do you think yourself. Bad for DVD Outlet and bad for Bol.com.

Ordered 2 CDs from Celtic Thunder on Oct 12th. Had chosen Afterpay as payment method. Then got a message that my order was canceled because afterpay for this order was not possible. Re-ordered and paid immediately. Was going to be delivered via Bol.com. Today 1 CD arrived from a group that was totally unknown to me with a packing slip which does mention the requested CD and not sent via Bol.com but directly via Outlet. Can still walk to the post yourself to return and pay shipping costs to the Netherlands. Shame how one uses corona to deceive people. Never order from Dvd Outlet!
