Second time I've used their service, and both times it was 100% perfect. They are very fast, efficient...but also very careful at the same time. The furniture (de)montage service is truly recommend as it saves a lot of hassle. There might slightly cheaper folks out there, but these folks are pro and know what they are doing and do it well.

In Tuesday the 20th we moved to a new address in one historical area in DH with thsss company. First, we were threatened not to see our stuff unloaded from the van because we hadn't been able to identify the owner of a car parked in front of our building. As if a moving company is not supposed to carry boxes and furniture via the staircase - only and exclusively with the house lift. When we finally removed the car, and the house lift was installed, the guy in the lift cut down branches from the tree opposite to our façade - in an historical protected area. To my protest, he lifted his shoulders: he did that to a customer, inside her private property, during work hours for which he was paid by us. I was so appalled I went away to another room. But it wasn't over. Together with the other guys who worked inside the property to collect the boxes from the house lift, he's set the music loud, with an open window facing the street, and kept singing loud on it for the whole time. Without asking my permission. As in any herenhuis, nuisance can be heard from one building to the next and in the street very easily - thus, I had committed with the neighbours to cause the least noise possible during the moving. At 13 hours, one neighbour had already written in the buurtapp that the guys were shouting in the street too loud. I have therefore asked them not to shout and sing so loud on the music. In response, they shaked their heads and looked at me as if I was ruining the party -disrespecting me in my own house, again - and put the music even louder. For mere provocation. For mere gesture of disrespect. When I asked them what the hell they were doing, they affronted me saying that they weren't singing loud anymore Mevrouw, dus... At the end of the day, we were left with a whole set of damages to our furniture - including one door of our cupboard broken - for which we had to initiate the complaint procedure. We keep finding boxes with 'floor' 3 written clearly on them on the 2nd floor and vice versa. Some which were meant for the storage were left in the middle of my daughter's bedroom. I could go on. In truth, I am very sorry for the two-three guys who joined their colleagues later in the day who knew the ABC of manners. The level of rudeness of the others who 'worked' here all day singing and shouting does not do any favour to this company. I still can't believe I was treated in my own property as I were. We regret very much having hired them.

Just moving company but watch out if you have damage! The move went well (despite the fact that they left a heavy rubber mat outside on the walking deck, which we saw lying when we went to the old house) with 4 men of which two young boys were in training. cupboard door against wall and damage my cupboard door I walked in front of it and young man walked with cupboard door and experienced man behind it, my mistake not to look directly at the damage to cupboard door! When the gentlemen left she told me if there is any damage, do not hesitate to call. So when assembling the closet we came across the damage. We reported and a few days later an employee of the company immediately comes in. I asked the boys, they always have to tell me the truth and they tell me that they have not hit anything (So it did not happen then) in other words, he does not say in so many words that we are lying. He check the cupboard and starts immediately yes you have put the cupboard together yourself so I can't do much about that, the insurance is difficult. And then he kept talking about his own risk over and over again, saying that he might want to do something but want to know what a new door will cost. We indicated to him what a new door will cost, but he thought that was too expensive. He would give up on insurance. The day after he calls insurance he wants to do nothing but he wants to reimburse half (probably his own risk) so that he transferred it. We don't have a new door for that. We just let it warn future customers before they leave, check everything because after that (despite a warranty certificate of 50 euros) you have nothing. Maybe the moving company should be better at informing the people if you disassemble something yourself and despite the damage they make, the insurance is not paid out. Making appointments was easy. Well advised. Movers whistling, fast and expert. Everything was neatly assembled in a short time. At a good price. I highly recommend.
