Rarely seen such shiny heads after a flight, thanks!

Want to buy round trip tickets on the aviation days 2017/08/04. However, with 3 employees behind the counter, 1 busy, 2 lounging around, I was not immediately helped and there was first made a phone call without making any contact. The experience was so negative upon entitlement that I immediately abandoned the purchase. What an unprofessional toko / person.

Had a nice scenic flight, with a very nice pilot, highly recommended !!
