Great service

Wanted to eat something and stood in front of the restaurant to look at the menu. Our 3 year old daughter had to go to the toilet. When my wife asked if she could go to the toilet with the little one, she was hit hard and our daughter was refused access to the toilet. So we decided to eat somewhere else. Friendly service and understanding for children is different. Such an attitude should not be supported.

Well what shall I say. In good spirits, we sat down on the terrace at about a quarter to four to have a bite to eat, I had seen on the internet that the establishment closed at six. Plenty of time you would think. The menu cards were on the tables. A very nice lady came to take the order. When we sat down to our drink, she came to tell us apologetically that the kitchen had closed at four, now it was a quarter past four. 1000x sorry. The owner had a day off tomorrow and had been working for 9 consecutive weeks. Sorry sorry sorrry. Let's be clear, I fully understand but ... Point 1 write it on your chalkboard at the terrace that closes the kitchen at 4 am. Point 2 takes your menu cards off the table. Point 3 It is strange that another table where the guests arrive later when we are still served a waffle and a pancake. In short, we waited and paid for our drink, but I will never come here again without having tasted 1 bite. Still just a short addition to your response. You write that I could have asked if it was possible for us to eat something. I can still assume that if the order has already been taken, that is a commitment.

Rude service, long waits, the food was very bad. Among other things the gambas were completely inedible, the lasagna burned. No recommendation.

Once the good impressions of the reception and a rather cozy room had passed, I decided to choose the menu from the market. The dishes offered in this menu were correct in their presentations and achievements. It was a good value for money meal.
