Yesterday received our new Prius +, which we had bought 2 weeks earlier. Daan van der Stap was the seller who supported us from the first moment up to and including the delivery of the car. I have to say that this has been a very pleasant experience. The communication went perfectly: by phone, via app, via email, it was always correct, informative and careful. Not once did we feel like we were being forced upon by exaggerated sales pitch. Agreements that were made in all areas were followed up and we were listened to carefully. Daan went to great lengths to provide us with the car we were interested in, even when it had to come from another branch. He has always adhered to the (covid 19) guidelines and thought along with us how things came out most easily for us in practical terms. We are very happy with the Prius + that drives great and looks great. We also got a nice trade-in price for our old Prius. If this way of doing business is typical of this company, I can only commend Oostendorp.
when you come in with your wife, 4 or 5 people are sitting at their computer to the left of the door, none of them say a good morning or anything. walked around no one looked up at us, very unpleasant, quickly went to another store and bought a car there, never again Oosterdorp
I bought a second hand Nissan Almera in South Holland and was serviced at Oostendorp Toyota in Venray I was curious and so called. Information requested from the maintenance history of the Nissan and was neatly spoken to and everything was mentioned. That drives nice
