Amazing shop! With excellent quality clothes and reliable designers. One of the very few top-notch clothing shops in Europe. The only reason I removed a star is due to their return and no-exchange policies, so make sure you’re getting your size or else it will be hefty bill with return and shipping costs incurred on you. Hope they'll work on their bookkeeping system soon and be more flexible and allowing exchange for a better online experience.

There is a nice and wide collection of Alden shoes, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!
Writing for the online shop. Avoid in a wide circle. My credit card was refused since they suspected the purchase fraudulent, payment through paypal, which they insisted on instead, was also refused/refunded with no explanation and inquiries as to why this is happening went unanswered. Incredible for a store that purports to sell high end clothing. Maybe I had bad luck but the lack of customer care is unforgivable.
