My 85-year-old grandmother has been well ripped off there ... She had bought a lot of clothes for my daughter's 4 year old birthday, unfortunately a jacket was really too small (wrong sizes, despite being 4 years correct the jacket size 104 came to her belly button) She was not allowed to trade it from the saleswoman (this was less than a week after) for a jacket of 67 eur she finally received a retail value of 15 eur !!! Scams up to and including! She was also extremely rude and unfriendly, so it is the first and last time she buys something there and when I come to Sluis next time I will also visit that saleswoman to say my thought face to face! Outright shame

Have been buying clothes for the kids here for years. This will also have been the last time. 4-year-old daughter had to go to the bathroom urgently, but this turned out to be an impossible task. The saleswomen were sighing and inventing all kinds of puffs because it was busy, there wasn't even 8 people in the store .... No, the way !! No service. Went to buy the entire summer set for 3 children but they don't get my money!
