no answer, how long to wait, disrespect to the customer! lying, not a fair business! I called every day, they always say they will answer, never got an answer, I ordered the glass and they didn't arrive on the day of fitting, I got no explanation !!!!

Last week the windshield of my car replaced by Oosterhout Autoglas B.V. When I wanted to go for a ride after an hour, I was surprised to see that the windshield in the top left corner was completely cracked. Immediately contacted and shared photos of the damage via WhatsApp. A week later I called for a new appointment where the car window was replaced free of charge. A must for anyone who wants to have their car window cheaply replaced!
