Good but unfortunately also a very unpleasant experience. The funeral itself was well organized. But then after ... The bill came and there were some things that were wrong. After inquiring we received constantly changing answers, so this was certainly not transparent. The worst thing was that we had ordered a DVD with the pictures of the funeral. The entrepreneur made a very big mistake here by indicating to the crematorium that we did not want this (we checked the file at the crematorium, on which no was entered) while this had been agreed. When I asked the entrepreneur why the costs of the DVD were not on the bill, I got the answer: these are included in the costs of the crematorium, not so. When I asked him when we finally received the DVD, I got the answer: that this was not communicated properly with the crematorium, that the images had to be deleted after 30 and that we ultimately had nothing left. Also many other small things that are really not in order. A pity, such a mistake really should not be possible in this situation.
