Still here and i so lovely
Perfect getaway!
For € 3,000 for a two-week holiday home there should have been some service. The best had to be covered and removed by yourself. Both the doors and the stairs are so wide that no standard size safety guards for small children will fit in, but none are provided. Vacuum cleaners, mops, brooms, etc. are almost falling apart. Not enough washing-up liquid, kitchen roll, toilet paper etc. is provided for the entire stay.
Very dirty sanitary facilities full trash cans everything hats on top of each other real afrader never come here again.
We would visit this park during the May holidays. Unfortunately everything is closed. We have now contacted FARO Geenpark and were happy to receive the deposit back. Now the park comes with a corona voucher and then subtly deducts booking costs. This is a common complaint with the consumer association. This has also been news on Rtl4, that this cannot / should not, but is still being done. FARO Geenpark even achieves that if we want our money back they charge a 60% cancellation fee ??? We do not cancel, but they cannot deliver. They don't even agree to a full payment voucher. (We simply accepted this, because it is for everyone and difficult time). In short, an unpleasant and unpleasant experience even before we have been here.
