My husband was helped to his full satisfaction and expertise with his new hearing aids. It's also fantastic that my mother was helped very well in the nursing home and she and her children are very happy that she can hear well again.

They really aim for a satisfied customer, they don't stop until they have found a good solution for their hearing problems. Nice to be in touch. Understanding. Definitely a must!

Very satisfied with the service of Hoor & Zie. The employees are all very friendly and think along well. For years I had run into the problem of not wanting to wear glasses, but with my office job I didn't like lenses either. I have been wearing night lenses for six months and I am completely satisfied, super nice! If Onno van Hoor & Zie had not told me that this was possible, I would never have known. I have also been clearly explained what the great advantages of night lenses are and how I can best maintain the lenses. If there is anything or a check is needed, the door is always open again. I wouldn't want it any other way :-)

A compliment to the entire Hoor en Zie team. I am very happy with the super good help and I am happy with the advice on choosing the right frame. Participation was given and expert advice was given. Several times I went back for the perfect adjustment of my glasses and this was also taken care of positively. I can recommend Hear and See to everyone!

I am very satisfied with the thinking of Onno in what has been possible for me. I was given time to test different lenses and with disappointing results he came up with other options. The other staff are also pleasant to deal with and are service-oriented. Highly recommended!
