Have the wedding dress cleaned, after 4 weeks when it was ready, they apparently forgot the dress. We are then told that we must count on additional costs while a price has been agreed in advance. Because they can't clean the dress. But that is of course because they have ignored the dress for 4 weeks. Dress sent back later in consultation to record the damage. To our great surprise, get the dress cleaned again. We would have given permission for an additional chemical cleaning, which is incorrect. Finally, we are told that we just have to arrange with Q-center dry cleaning. That is the dry cleaner Valerie dry cleaner outsources to. We are now wearing a dirty dress that has almost been cleaned up by their fault, and we receive no compensation. Outrageous how Valerie and Q-center dry cleaner treats its customers!

Very satisfied with the "Valerie" store. A clothing repair / entertainment studio that offers service, is friendly and thinks along with possibly. ideas. A good asset for Scherpenzeel and the surrounding area.

I brought my curtains for the summer holidays to have them repaired and steamed. They have returned very neat and clean. Thank you for your customer friendliness.

I happened to have been to Scherpenzeel once, then I had trousers made at Valerie and since then I have been a regular customer. Very satisfied!
