Last refrigerator defected on Saturday, and a new built-in refrigerator was installed within two hours. Today dishwasher of 14 years old defective (did it bad for a long time). Service is fast, Wim is friendly and knows his products. I have not yet had to use service for a device purchased at Lagemaat, so I cannot tell you anything about the service under warranty, but that will also be good.
