Made an appointment with sir, waited three hours, then called. Mr. had been busy and no, he had not thought of calling. No, no more Van de Lagemaat Witgoed for me. Then look outside the village for someone who does live up to his agreements.

Last refrigerator defected on Saturday, and a new built-in refrigerator was installed within two hours. Today dishwasher of 14 years old defective (did it bad for a long time). Called and within 5 minutes !! was already ringed. within three hours of calling Wim and consulting (repairing or new) there was a replacement built-in dishwasher. Service is fast, Wim is friendly and knows his products. I have not yet had to use service for a device purchased at Lagemaat, so I cannot tell you anything about the service under warranty, but that will also be good.
