Despite the fact that I have been visiting the Doorn library for many years, I was annoyed after opening up, hopefully during the Corona period, that it was not the intention to read extensively .... tijdschrift, magazine, now for sure, but in normal times the bobliothecaressen, unlike the volunteers, have little affinity with visitors ......

The library is housed in a beautiful space. There are plenty of comfortable corners where you can read a book or a magazine. It is no problem to order books online from other libraries. The service is great!

A while later, this Culture House and Library is in one, including a beautiful Filmzaal where you can now regularly watch beautiful feature films. Become an adult :-) The previous review is still from the beginning. Meanwhile, there are many fun activities, also in the Cantina. It is a beautiful building, with pleasant reading tables, and warm decor. In short: an acquisition for reading, courses, telling, Together Soups, walk-in mornings with activities, a billiards table and much, much more .... It is a pity that it is not so well known in the village, because it certainly deserves it! Hence my review. Go see and experience for yourself, browse the site for what there is to do, or walk in once, you will see it (including activity folders every two months), have fun!

The poorly accessible and cold cultural center is the location for the library, which has good service. You are not going to pick out a book here for your pleasure.
