Staff is nice, service is good, (standard) room felt a bit lived down but slept alright, (healthy) breakfast was nice but added fruit was not and fruit juices were basically water.

Our family just had dinner at their restaurant. The food was delicious, however it took about 2.5 hours for soup and the main course. We ordered dessert, waited another 30 minutes, but then decided to leave. The restaurant wasn't very busy and the staff was indifferent. Overall not a very good experience

It is a good hotel in a nice natural environment. Room was clean and tidy. Walls are a bit thin so you can hear your neighbors. But it did not bother much. The restaurant just changed menu and they were quite slow. Nevertheless we were warned upfront so we choose to do that. Upon arrival the receptionist tried to sell the breakfast package (16.5 EUR/p) and told us all the nice Omelets, Pancakes, eggs, Bacon etc... At 9:30 the "warm breakfast" a.k.a. all above was gone (this was 1 hr before the end of breakfast). The lady who took care of the breakfast was irritated just by asking her for more, then she said maybe she can do bacon later... :D I found it hilarious in a 4star hotel. Lots of other people were coming after us and they were not pleased either. Nevertheless the manager handled our complain professionally and respectfully, so overall our experience was great!
