Very bad customer service and unpleasant front desk. Was not informed correctly about the options of calling instead of meeting to get further to see a specialist.

I have good experiences with the care provided by general practitioners and assistants. Glad that the pharmacy is in the same building. What I possibly miss is a repeat recipe line where you can just record your details (now you have to speak to someone live, not necessarily necessary). The only disadvantage is that you sometimes have to wait a long time before you have someone on the line.

Nothing lasts forever; not good but not bad reviews either! Experiences are personal and often time-bound. My experience with this GP station is excellent. I don't have a bad experience with long waits on the phone. They listened carefully and took their time and I do not feel it has been enforced. A good relationship and trust is important. After a bad experience at another GP post I moved to this one. In the meantime, I have removed that doctor's bad review. And, it was time for a positive review of this post! My tip, look at yourself, don't put it off and state clearly what you want. General practitioners are people not gods. They also do not always have the wisdom and certainly not your life experience; and vice versa. Everyone is entwined; insight comes with time! A big thumb from me👍

Monday morning 8 am immediately called to make an appointment. Can you go to court on Wednesday morning? This isn't about anything anymore. Do pay 160 euros in premium every month.

What I fear in the near future, when thousands of those migrant workers come every year, that they will no longer be able to provide our guaranteed care, because that people will become completely overcrowded by general practitioners. Those labor migrants have to set up their own GP post in one of those many poles camps, shame that they hijack our care so that we can wait longer I fear the future !!!
