It's nice doing business with Karen. Karen is professional and warm and there is good consultation. The space is cozy and spacious. There is sufficient ventilation and you can heat it nice and warm. My students often shout when they come in: Wow, what a special place! How good it feels here. The garden is also wonderful with the seating.

My massage practice (hill back massage) on the 1st floor in De Hooiberg is the most beautiful workplace I could wish for !! Surrounded by bird, horses, chickens and roosters, rustling trees you will find an oasis of peace here.

The haystack. Just that moment nothing and only attention to yourself. Telephone and agenda gone and while walking along the beautiful willow trees towards the door on the first floor where your name is on the sign. A warm bed with warm towels awaits you for a massage alone or you can downstairs with a group accompanied by very knowledgeable people during a Qigong or Yoga session melt every piece of stress in your muscles like snow in the sun.

For a number of years we have been giving sound concerts from Touching Sounds in the training room of the Hooiberg in Leersum. A nice intimate space, where everything is present that you can imagine to give a workshop or something. The rural surroundings and the Hooiberg radiate tranquility and a pleasant energy. Really a place to 'Be'.

A nice location for effort and relaxation. Different forms of yoga, relaxation massage, experiencing spirituality. As a (vitality) coach I also want to recommend the location for giving workshops. Ask for the possibilities. I hope to meet you there soon.
