The staff there has no idea what they are actually selling! I came there to buy a cage for mice, specifically asking if it is suitable for mice. Still, they sold me a hamster cage, so my mice escaped in the first night! And when I came there to give back the cage, which was obviously not suited for keeping mice, they told me it's my own fault if I choose to have such "small" mice! Instead of offering me a refund and apologizing for the fact that my mice escaped, the lady offered me to buy a hamster! This was probably the worst service I've ever experienced... stay away from that shop!

The staff is not really helpful and sometimes even rude. When asking for some product they don't really help you searching for the right one.
