I can only say that the process with Van Walsem went smoothly from start to finish. They have removed a sandstone fireplace between two custom cabinets without any problems and managed to replace it with a sleek fireplace. Ceiling moldings were neatly adapted to the new situation and the custom cabinets remained undamaged. A precise job that worried me beforehand. However, they managed to get the job done with a highly skilled team. Van Walsem always responded quickly, friendly and very adequate during the process. In short, an absolute must if you are looking for a real stove specialist who can offer just that little bit more.
I can recommend Van Walsem to everyone. From a preliminary interview to a final delivery in 1 word great. Very neat and knowledgeable staff with expertise and where attention and service is the most normal thing in the world.
Nice store with beautiful fireplaces and stoves with a radiance. They are knowledgeable and knowledgeable and very friendly.
V. Walsem made a very beautiful fireplace at the end of 2018 in which they have fitted a Nordic Fire pellet stove. When there were problems with the stove, v.Walsem did everything to offer a suitable solution. An agreement has now been made with Nordic Fire that they will install a new heater shortly. V Walsem delivers top craftsmanship and excellent service.
v.Walsem has installed a built-in pellet stove after excellent advice. Because we live in an apartment there had to be a "closed system" solution. v.Walsem has come up with an innovative solution. In addition, they have placed a "cistern" in the fireplace. allowing us to refill almost three bags of pellets at once. Enough for more than four days of wonderful warmth in the living room. V. Walsem = expertise, customized solutions, super finish and TOP service.
