Deception: treatment names are used that do not match the actual treatment, if you disagree, they refer you to a paid dispute commission and no longer respond to your mail. The Brazilian Wax is NOT a brazilian wax, A part was forgotten when waxing my legs, I got a quick feeling, and a large part of the hairs were broken off instead of actually waxed. All in all, I do not recommend anyone to go here. just for the rude wrangling to a paid dispute commission and no more response to my mail.
