Our cast floor was discolored for which warranty. Last week we got a lowering of our floor. It looks beautiful !! Pleasant and direct communication with the tiler 👍🏻 Communication with the Senso office was more difficult and took a long time to respond. But again the floor is beautiful, very happy with it 🎉 Thanks Senso and Dirk for laying ... Maarten and Marja

Unfortunately, Senso's aftersale is not nearly as pleasant and good as the sales side. I have November 22 made a report about a hairline crack on our floor and a small spot that had already been repaired and let go again. Called back several times. Eventually I receive an email with all kinds of reasons on January 7 and I would receive a response within a week. Well over a month later still nothing heard or seen. I call again today, I would be called back today and you guessed it: again not happening. Even when repairs had to be carried out last year, this took a long time. The only common response from Senso is that they have personality changes. Can be that way but as a customer I should not be bothered. So with this Senso you keep appointments !!

Senso has a beautiful range of cast floors. The Fusion and Grain collections are my favorites. Fits perfectly within a modern interior

After spending hours on both Pinterest and in showrooms, we ended up at Senso. And I have to be honest; what a service! From the conversations, the coffee to the advice and of course the pouring itself. Everything was as it should be. Highly recommended!
