Unfortunately very annoying complaint handling. There goes my coat of 180 euros. Comes back WITH stains. Communication is rude and no understanding is shown.

my ecruwitte Woolrich jacket € 925.00 purchased 2016 brought to the dry cleaners after 10 days picked up and it appears that they have dropped a ballpoint pen with the jacket and stains result. I no longer had a receipt but received proof of purchase from clothing store. The young would send it to insurance. But did not do that. I thought it had happened and said that the insurance did not reimburse anything. Liar De jong you are thanked. Worthless dry cleaning

De Jong Stomerij in Rhenen has totally ruined an expensive coat of a good friend. De Jong in question informed her that he could reimburse the jacket through his insurance. But Mr de Jong lied because it turned out that no action had been taken. So if you want to ruin your clothes, then definitely go to Stomerij de Jong in Rhenen.

Heard complaints years ago, but made an attempt to have a lightly bloody comforter cleaned, few stains not very dark, very light in color. How great was my surprise - when I was warned, this may not be 100% good, but I still expected at least 80% clean. And ..... nothing was true anymore, that comforter was just like I gave it away, no odor to cleaning treatment, same stains, nothing was done! I have never experienced that and then for 27.50 euros. plus unfriendly, arrogant manager (not the desk clerk). I WARN THIS YOUNG WASHERY in Rhenen.

I have been working with De Jong dry cleaner for some time now and have a depot of them in my store (Boutique Miss Janet) in Scherpenzeel. I have only had good experiences with De Jong dry cleaning and also with the owner, who is always very friendly and will always resolve any complaints as well as possible. Of course it sometimes happens that stains are not all gone after cleaning, but then of course it is cleaned again free of charge. Before this I worked for years with a Palthe dry cleaner and it was really nothing better than De Jong dry cleaner and there too it was not always possible to clean it, unfortunately there is still no miracle cure.
