Primera

Never in my life have I imagined something like this to be possible. Pity I can't post my comment without giving at least one star, otherwise it would have been zero. My daugther is studying in Wagenigen and a friend sent a package to her from Canada. She received confirmation on Friday 26 Feb that the package was waiting for her at Primera. She went there on Wednesday 2 March and the owner simply told her the package was not there. She phoned the helpline of post.nl who told her that the package should be there as it was delivered on the 26th. So back she went and same story, the package is not there. I asked her to call me and put the owner on the phone. At first he refused to speak to me, then he took the phone and said "sorry I can't help you". I phoned the post.nl helpline and a very fiendly person helped me, told me the package was indeed delivered and also checked on a separate platfom to confirm that the package was manually scanned in at Primera on the 26th. The person put me on hold to phone Primera himself, but there was no reply. In the meantime my daugther called her Dutch landlady who was kind enough to go to Primera and she went in on her own while my daugther stayed outside. Within a minute the lady came back out with my daugther's package! My only conclusion is that this person is the worst kind of xenophobic, racist and whatever else I can call him. This type or person should not be allowed to be in business.

I got my passport photo taken here and it was a great experience! The man that took the photos was very kind and gave me a selection to choose from, I highly recommend coming here if you need to get passport photos taken.
