Made an appointment, had a confirmation email but eventually cycled for nothing because I was not in it and refused to do anything.

Bad service. After the first interview by appointment made a telephone appointment for a treatment. When I arrive at the agreed time for my treatment, I am told by Ida that she is not going to treat me. The reason: insufficient staff due to illness, which means that Ida has to do these treatments alone. .A message by phone or email to unsubscribe in advance would have been nicer. But according to Ida she only just knew. (However, the colleague in question already had a (possibly recovered) injury at the time of my first interview more than a month before that). I only want to take 1 treatment instead of a series, as she would like. And so-called treatment only works if you perform it in series (once a week at the beginning). (It is about electric epilation. According to Ida one may not epilate or shave in between. There is, however, no scientific evidence for this. In short, poor service and poor knowledge. Or deliberate deception?) Comment: In a few months, Ida says there is sufficient staff again and an appointment can be made. Furthermore, in the first interview, I was recommended a laser treatment in combination with electric epilation by Ida. She did NOT ask me whether there are contraindications to treat me with laser, such as whether I use certain medication that is phototoxic (eg certain antibiotics). Even her colleague who called me for an appointment did not ask this question. When I use such medication and I am treated with laser I can get burned. In short again a big minus: unprofessional and careless from this beauty salon.

Highly recommended. Ida and her team are very competent and listen carefully to your wishes. You immediately feel at ease!

Much too expensive !!! And the resin treatment for my legs was not satisfactory. Pieces on the upper legs are "forgotten", just like on my knees, the hair is not off
