Good products but the packaging is way too big. You could ship several books in in not 3 lipsticks. Please think about the environment when shipping.

Worst shopping experience ever! Really unbelievable. My order got lost two times. Next, it was automatically canceled! No info at all from Wehkamp. Two times the reorder was promised to be delivered on a preferred day-time slot. I'ts been a week since I ordered now, and I still haven't received my package. And, not a word from Wehkamp. Really lousy! It is 2017, this is NOT how to run an eCommerce store.

They send spam, the delivery is not reliable and the customer support is not helpful if there is a problem. They changed my delivery time and didn't let me know. They let me wait home for their package the entire day without supplying tracking information or an update to the delivery time. Do not advise buying here and I regret having done so. Horrible store, horrible support.

This have been my worst purchase experience in my life. I bought a steemer mop with them. They sent me a product which didn't work. After contacting them several times they told me I can return the product and they will fix it without cost. I did that. I didn't receive answer or the fix product for 1 month, so I send them an email asking what is happening with my product, that I still need a working steemer mop. They decided to sent me a new product during the time the broken product was been fixed. After one more week I had a working product. After 3 weeks they also sent me the fix product. Now I have 2 products that work, but I only needed one. I contacted them by email to know how to return one of the product, I did it 3 times. After 1 month they start to send me letters to pay the second product also. Right now they are moving the procedure to an external company which is treating me like if I didn't pay the product, when it was their decision to send me 2 products!! Never, never in my life will buy anything to this company, it can really complicate your life, they think that you have time for them to solve their incompetences!! not a serious company!!
