Very serious seller I purchased components for my buell. I've ordered from them original parts to be shipped to Italy. Fast shipping, seller always available for dialogue. Very cordial. Five stars.

Ordered a part, never arrived, after waiting one month I write them and they answer 10 weeks delivery and blaim corona.. Ask for my money back, it's now been over one month since i asked my money back, and they just answer that it has nothing to do with them but some other company and again 'blaim corona'. Clearly they just don't care, other companies including my own, has no problems with webshop and corona, mayby an extra day or two, not this. Not the first time their customer service has been poor, but this is the final straw. Ordered same part at St. Paul Harley in USA, arrived 9 days later..
